You may own the best gadgets, the coolest fashions, the hottest cars, but the next generation's hipper iterations have already been imagined...
When all is expired or obsolete only your art will remain and say the most about who you are and what you value.
HOW IT STARTED...
Over the past several decades of saving and collecting obsolete electronics, junk and other assorted items that were destined to be trashed I decided so to stash them.
"The term is commonly called hoarding"
With the idea at some point I was going to re-purpose the junk understanding that disposing obsolete electronics, and other material improperly, has a huge negative effect on the environment since it winds up in landfills and is toxic.
Many of the original sculptures shown have been created from this junk.
The inspiration and concept Techstein was developed from my admiration of Albert Einstein.
Being passionate to acquire the skills to become proficient in the use of the most current technologies and electronic devices has enabled me to develop many concepts as shown throughout the site.
Einstein's ideology as stated in many of his famous quotes has influenced my drive to always try to be different.
THERE IS ONLYONE CHOICE IN LIFE.
"BE ORDINARY, OR BE EXTRAORDINARY".
I CHOOSE THE LATER!
The ability to imagine things pervades our entire existence.
It influences everything we do, think about and create it.
It leads to elaborate, dreams, theories and inventions.
Ultimately imagination influences everything we do regardless our profession.
Ideas, values and beliefs are not static; they evolve and develop over time. Much of the ideas and concepts may not have come to fruition quickly but they eventually become a reality.
May admiration of Salvador Dali 's Movement has been very influential and a major contributor and inspiration for some of my projects.
There are several other well know artists like Dali that were part of this art movement decades ago i.e. Dada.
Dada's work influenced contemporary and futuristic art movements that it became defined as Dadaism.
Dada's work like Dalia's art was amusing and absurd for its time, but Dada 's work was more rebellious.
Like Einstein and Dali surely the most influential was...
Steve Jobs.
Jobs's was inspired by Albert Einstein.
In many of Job's earlier quotes he incorporated into Apple's logo with an Einstein iconic photo; as well used variations of his ideology.
Vision is not static....
It develops and evolves in many ways, it has many chapters and takes place and develops over a period of years/decades.
Since most of the original sculptures are virtually impossible to transport for public showings due to the size, weight and delicate nature the intent is to develop other mediums that can replicate or re-create them in high quality life-like limited editions either via 3D Three dimensional printing, creating new casting molds that enable me to develop other versions of the "HEADS" in the future focusing to others that are collectors and enthusiasts of i.e. Baseball, Watch Collectors, Cars, Golf etc.
Salvador Dali's repertoire of art forms are clearly visible through his hyper-realistic style was so futuristic for his time; which can only be seen and created today via the latest technology of mixed media techniques.
Hyperrealistic artists typically choose from drawing, painting and sculpture in their efforts to bring an added dimension of reality to life.
Thanks to increased use of technology in the visual arts, they may also use digital illustration techniques or alteration of images transferred on to canvases or molds in their work.
